Posture & Mobility Work

5 to 10 minutes a day. Cheapest lever for perceived age and injury prevention.

What it does

The body adapts to the positions it spends time in — for most adults, hunched over screens. The fix is small and daily: thoracic extension, hip mobility, scapular retraction, ankle dorsiflexion. Pair with strength training, where the structural gains actually live.

Soft tissues remodel based on the loads and positions imposed on them. Regular movement through full ranges preserves tissue length and joint health; sustained shortened positions produce adaptive shortening.

Who it's for, who should skip

Desk-bound adults and anyone training. 5–10 min/day; daily consistency matters more than session length, and targeted work beats generic routines.
