Privacy policy
The short version
Your health record lives on your iPhone. klik does not sell your data, does not show ads, and has no shop. Some features send data off your device to work — those are listed below, with what is sent and why.
What stays on your device
Your intake answers, lab values, notes, goals and plans are stored on your iPhone. Data klik reads from Apple Health stays in Apple Health and on your device; klik reads it only with your permission, which you can change in the Health app at any time.
What leaves your device, and why
- Chat. When you send a message, it travels with the parts of your record the answer needs to klik's server and on to our AI provider, Anthropic, which writes the reply. [Retention and processing terms with Anthropic to be stated.]
- Reading lab reports. When a report needs it, its text or image is sent the same way so the values can be read. [Confirm scope and retention.]
- Subscriptions. Purchases are handled by Apple. klik receives a record that your membership is active; it never sees your payment details.
- Device checks. klik uses Apple's App Attest to confirm requests come from a genuine copy of the app. [Describe what is stored.]
- Waitlist. If you join the waitlist on this site, your email address is stored by our email provider, beehiiv, and used only to tell you about klik's launch. Unsubscribe from any email.
Your choices
