Screen for Sleep Apnea
Snore, fatigued despite long nights, partner notices breathing gaps? Get the study.
What it does
Obstructive sleep apnea is one of the most under-diagnosed conditions in adult medicine — it drives cardiovascular disease, cognitive decline, and metabolic dysfunction, and most people who have it don't know. A home sleep study is cheap and non-invasive; treatment is high-ROI.
Repeated airway collapse during sleep produces oxygen desaturation, sympathetic activation, and fragmentation. The repeated hypoxic stress drives systemic inflammation, endothelial dysfunction, and cardiovascular remodeling.

Who it's for, who should skip
Anyone with persistent fatigue despite adequate sleep, snoring, observed breathing pauses, or morning headaches. Don't substitute weight loss for testing — lean people with anatomical predisposition get apnea too.
