Senolytics

Senolytics clear senescent cells — the so-called "zombie cells" that accumulate with age and secrete inflammatory signals. The animal data is striking. The human data is small, condition-specific, and still early. Anyone using senolytics today is participating in an experiment, not following a protocol.

Two compounds dominate current use: dasatinib + quercetin (a prescription tyrosine-kinase-inhibitor combination, pulse-dosed, with a real side-effect profile) and fisetin (an OTC flavonoid, lower risk, thinner evidence). Both share the same senescent-cell-clearance hypothesis and the same "not currently a standardized intervention" caveat — they differ sharply in risk and regulatory status, which is why they are separate member interventions rather than one entry.
